Vote today
On my way to work today I stopped at the fire station and cast my vote in the Constitutional amendment election and the Yoakum school bond election - both very important issues. It only took a couple of minutes. If you haven't voted please do. Polls close at 7 p.m. If you are not registered to vote and you are qualified to be registered - shame on you. That's one of your rights as an American citizen. Please register so you can vote in the March primaries and the November general election next year. No matter how minor an election may seem, all are important. So get out and vote.
