STRESS TEST TODAY

I have a stress test today at 10 am this morning. I have been looking forward to this for about 2 1/2 weeks now, really I have. I am a type 2 diabetic (with minor nothing to worry about according to the Docotor) congestive heart failure (enlarging of the heart). I am out of shape and overweight and today I get to spend 30 minutes in the Devils realm on a threadmill to tell me this. After the test my doctor will look at the results and tell me this as well. He will also tell me to start exercising and to lose weight........... duh? To top it off my boss has to go and tell me that these test have been known to trigger heart attacks, that was something I really wanted to know ahead of time. I will be back later (I hope) to let you all know how it went. Wish me luck.

Well the stress test went just perfect especially since I didn't have it. Seems their machine was down so now it will be on November 2nd, more time to contemplate it. Oh well thats the way it goes

About 6    months ago I went for a stress test there in victoria and I was dreading not passing it.  I managed to stay on with encouragment from the nurses but boy was I panting. I too have just found out I am diabetic and I also need to lose weight.  Even though I just barely managed to finish i was so proud that I did.  I would love to have a "dread-mill" at home. LOL  I really think I would use it every day. Good luck to you today!!
