It is getting harder and harder to be a fan of Carmelo Anthony. I bacame a fan when he was in college. He was always the best player on the court and he always had a smile on his face. He clearly loved what he was doing and his happiness made me a fan. Now he has become a premeir player in the NBA and can't seem to stay out of trouble. I really don't understand this. From fighting to drugs and now a possible DUI. What is the problem? I really wish that he would get his act together. I miss the smiling kid at Syracuse.
Wow, what a game! This is how every National Championship should be. It was action packed from start to finish. Chalmers's last second heroics made it one of the best games that I have ever seen. Congratulations to the Jayhawks and hopefully this will bring some well deserved credit to Big 12 Basketball.
Wow, March Madness is over and the cast for the National Champoinship is set. The Final Four games weren't as close as I wanted, but they were still very entertaining. Memphis vs Kansas should prove to be a very exciting competition as well. I personally hope Kansas bring the Big 12 its first champoinship. I can't wait! I hope everyone has a wonderful Easter Sunday. I was awakened this morning by my two year old brother screaming with excitement! He was more excited today than he was on Christmas. He had a blast hunting Easter eggs and his enthusiasm really made my day. Be safe and don't forget the true meaning of Easter.
I'm sure that some of you witnessed the miracle that occured in Lubbock on Saturday. Texas Tech finally beat Texas in basketball. I attended Tech for three years, and we never beat Texas. It is really nice to see Pat Knight winning some big games early in his head coaching career. There season is almost over, but hopefully they have a little more magic and can beat Kansas tonight. Yeah right! Well it is official, Daniel Day-Lewis has won his second Academy Award for his part in There Will Be Blood. He certainly deserved this one; it was one of the best preformances I have ever seen. He is certainly one of my favorite actors. He always does a great job of selecting roles and executes them to perfection. I cant wait to see what he does next!
