Questions Harry Anthony doesn't talk about!

Jesus said, "Love thy neighbor as thyself!" "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you!" "...the love of money is the root of all evil!"

In that context let's think for a moment about why UEC, the uranium corporation operating in Goliad County made a special effort to contact absentee, non-resident landowners for leases of their property!

I can only wonder at what went through the heads and hearts of the owners of Four Oaks Ranch in northeastern Goliad County! Did they stop to think what might happen to their neighbors if uranium mining were conducted on their property? Did they bother to ask what has happened elsewhere in Texas when uranium operations were conducted there? Or did they just thank their lucky stars and cash the check?
