Inez will be devastated by either route. However, remember what I said, "If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always gotten." We MUST think outside the box on this one! Going to Austin, voting and writing letters, going to meetings-those are all good and need to be done but SHORT OF VIOLENCE we MUST DO MORE!

Water Research Group will meet on the 25th of February to discuss what more we must do. Bring your friends and neighbors to the Victoria Electric Coop Auditorium at 7PM. TxDot will hold a public meeting two days later!

Half the program will discuss uranium mining in Victoria County and the other half will address options for fighting the TTC-69!

Sadly, no! They want to play north against south in order to force Victoria to choose one. If we do that we give our approval. Worse yet, there are those who mistakenly believe the Corridor will make their adjacent property more valuable. The hall way in a house is a corridor. A way to get to the other side of the house. Other rooms. When you go down a Corridor you don't stop on the way. Thus it will be for the TTC. The only people able to build and develop along the Corridor are those who pay a concessionaires fee to the state. If you own property along the Corridor and a concessionaire wants it for a bottling plant or truck stop complex they will have the ability to condemn your property.

YES, property will not only be needed for the TTC right-of-way but for it's concessionaires also! Understand this; these are sick and twisted sociopaths who could care less about how many generations have been on the land! They care not one whit about you and your family! This is just one big revenue generator for the state.

This is a scheme to further George W. Bush's dream of a North American Union! He has spoken over and over about his dream to unite this continent in trade and commerce and Rick Perry has kept that dream alive in Texas. All you need to do is Google "Amero, HillCo. Partners, Inc., H.B. Zachary, Rick Perry, Cintra" and start reading. Those articles will give you more search words and you can spend a month becoming and expert on the machinations of the Pan American Highway System.

But you really didn't want to become an expert on all of that did you? All you wanted was to be left alone so you and your family could settle into a home and live in peace! Many worked all their lives in the plants or away from their loved ones to buy retirement property and just want to live out their days in peace. Many just want land that's been in their families for generations to be left alone so they can, in turn, pass it on to future generations.

TxDot knows all of this! Rick Perry knows all of this! And they could all care less!

Mr. Schustereit I agree wholeheartedly!  Citizens of Inez and other south Texas communities should unite against this corridor before it is too late.  Write our Congressman, Ron Paul and contact Geanie Morrison's office to find out what you can do to stop this illegal action.  I will be traveling to Austin with the next session to give them a piece of my mind and I hope others will join me as myself and my family will be losing our homes and land to this Spanish conglomerate!
