Fantastic Fish

I went grocery shopping today, and there were two cuts of fish that I really love. First, some salmon, which I plan to put some BBQ sauce on and cook on my little George Foreman grill (I wanted a real charcoal grill, but it's kind of impractical and a hassle with the rules at my apartment complex.).

The other cut I got was a nice fillet of tilapia. I'm thinking of grilling it up with some cajun seasoning, but I also have some other seasonings in my pantry:

Rosemary
Basil
Cilantro
Minced Garlic
Green onions
Salt
black pepper
Nature's Seasoning
Lawry's seasoning salt
Tabasco

Those are all I can remember for now. I plan to serve the tilapia up with my favorite green bean and potato dish. Any suggestions?

P.S. Enjoy the cute photo of the day!

on the salmon get some tartar sauce and rub it liberally on the fish salt and pepper to taste a pinch of each and let stand for 15 minutes then grill it on your grill
for the tialapia get  a egg salt pepper and granulated garlic, put the egg on the fish and sprinkle the salt pepper garlic lightly on the fish
then let stand for 15 minutes then grill with a touch of lemon juice is what i use
