I LIKE A LITTLE BIT OF EVERYTHING IN MINE.  MAYO, BROWN MUSTARD(GULDENS) JUST A LITTLE. SWEET RELISH. DILL RELISH, FINELY CHOPPED ONION, JALAPINO JUICE, A LITTLE PICKLE JUICE, SALT, PEPPER THEN YES CHILI POWDER INSTEAD OF PARIKA, THEN FINELY TOPPING ON TOP OF THE CHILI POWDER A LITTLE DILL WEED.

BUT I'VE NEVER USED THOUSAND ISLAND DRESING THIS SOUNDS LIKE THIS WOULD REALY BE GOOD.

ALL MY HENS ARE SETTING SO I'M SHORT ON EGGS. SOUNDS LIKE I NEED TO GO TO THE STORE AND MAKE ME SOME YOU'VE GOT ME hungry now.

My six year old will wake up in the morning and say,  "I want eggs." He will see that I am getting the frying pan out and say,  "No no no - deviled eggs!"  We just boil about 6 eggs, peel them, slice them in half, and scoop the yolks out.  We put the yolks in a bowl with some mayo and a tiny bit of mustard.  We add mayo and mustard to taste and I am never sure of the ratio.  We squish yolks, mayo, and mustard up with a fork until it is creamy and we spoon the mixture back in the indention left by the egg yolk.  My six year old doesn't want anything green in the mix or red sprinkled over the top.

I LOVE DEVILED EGGS......   Real Mayonnaise...sweet pickle relish w/o juice, horseradish, tiny bit of really fine onion, just a tad of mustard, salt.......then I sprinkle the top with Fiesta Fajita Seasoning....the one without salt.

Aw, man, Rusty and others, yall got my mouth watering now! I love all those recipes. Something my mom used to do, that I do now (occasionally, just to shake it up a bit) is add a smidge of Thousand Island dressing to the mayo and mustard, etc. SO 1970s, but still yummy! I never thought of using chili powder instead of paprika, mrsreh, but I must try that next time....Sounds soooo good!

Have 12 hard boiled eggs, slice in half and scoop out yolk.  Into yolk, add and mix: 3 heaping Tbsp. Hellman's Mayo, 1 Tbsp. honey mustard, 2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish w/o juice (use paper towel to pat juice out of relish)  1/4 tsp. flaked sea salt or amount to taste, 2 to 3  heaping Tbsp. Hormel Real Bacon Bits,  and 1 pinch black pepper. I do not dust with paprika. More Mayo and/or honey mustard can be use for desired consistancy and taste.  De-lish!  This makes 12 generously stuffed eggs!

I make my deviled eggs with: mustard, mayo, vinegar, horseradish, onions, salt & pepper.  And instead of using paprika for the topping, I use chili powder.  They are a big hit, everytime!!!
