amber - > Teen Thoughts -> A Poem For Someone
A Poem For Someone
I wrote this about 15 minutes ago and am hoping to get a comment on what you think of it. This is a big explanation of what love can be at times. Plus it's an Amber original. lol. Here it is though.

Love Aside

Day by day
Night by night
Precious moments pass us by
Yet we still put love aside

Confusing and strange as it is
We still let it be powerful
It controls our minds
But frees our souls

Don't let this fool you
For it can be mean
If he says he's mad
He just might leave

You may never talk again
Or you may talk more
But all in all
Love is something to adore.

Hopefully you enjoyed this poem. Let me know if you want to hear
(or read actually) more of them.
