candidates dancing around "hot " topics ?
Has anyone else noticed that the presidential candidates seem to be dancing around the immagration issue ? I have tried to find what their respective opinions/ plans are for this topic and cant seem to find much out..You think they are afraid to "touch " this subject ? Just curious as to what everyone thinks !

Check the following website to see where at least one candidate stands on the issue of illegal immigration: http://www.ronpaul2008.com/... Dr. Paul advocates securing our borders and not allowing amnesty to the lawbreakers already here. He would refuse social benefits to illegal aliens and enforce Visa laws already in effect. Personally I'm not a fan of building a border wall (I think we have to remove the motivation for illegal immigrants to come here with extremely stiff punishment for companies or individuals that give them jobs) but Dr. Paul backs it. Well, I don't have to reiterate his policies here. Check the website for Dr. Paul's position on this or any other issue. One thing that stands out about Ron Paul is that if he's saying it now, he'll say it and fight for it tomorrow. He's consistent and doesn't change his positions to pander to whatever audience he's addressing. (Are you listening, Hillary??) Ernie
