I started this blog to help other not to get ripped off. Hopefully we all can add to it and keep it going. Startex power- If you are using them please be aware of your contract end date. They do not tell you when you are about to expire, they will roll you over to month to month. Month to month customers pay 22 cents per kwh. That cost us an extra 125 dollars. So know ur contract end date and either negoitate a new contract or switch to a new company. Don't get caught like us. 1 comments from 1 users

Stream Energy was suppose to have us on a year contract at 11 cents per kwh.When I got my bill it was 17 cents per kwh.I have them a call and they told me I never agreed to a one year contract.I argued with them but go know where.The company said they were going to send me a packet in the mail so I could sign up for the one year contract I was supposed to already be on.It's been three months and nothing.Every bill I get the price per kwh goes up.Hmmm.
