Am I the only one who has trouble understanding the caller from Beeville?????

We try to weed out multiple callers and those that don't make sense. The SpeakOut number is 580-6587.

No, I couldn't understand the caller from Beeville either. He sounded like a lunatic and I found his remarks offensive. What's the number to call to leave a comment on Speak out?
