Presidential Politics - More Than Fine Chocolate at Stake Here

The President's salary is $800,000 a year. Does it ever make anyone wonder why the majority of them would spend millions of their own money, to attain that post? Some do want to do good for their country I am sure. Many more, current one included, are mere clueless puppets for a much larger evil empire, with one thing in mind - profit and getting the money from our pockets to theirs. I could dwell on that, but I think it pretty well speaks for itself. There is one candidate, that if there were a "hell hath no fury......" party, I am sure would be on that ticket, rather than the Dem's. Not only that, but if she were to win, and her memory as long and focused as I think it may be for a menopausal age woman, I do predict that "like a woman scorned" would end up carved into a place where only Monica has been for the last several years. First Stud indeed.

I also will admit, that some of the minor candidates have gotten my attention in this race to date. Ron Paul, Bill Richardson, and Dennis Kucinich......to name a few.

Now I just read in a trivia column by Ken Hoffman of the Chronicle, the true reason  that Lady Godiva made that naked, bareback ride through Coventry Cemetery in England so long ago.You see, it was to convince her husband, the Earl of Mercia to lower taxes. Now I like that approach.....an involved, activist first spouse.........and based on Mr Kucinich's hippie wife's track record of getting involved, being English by birth, and well............let's just say he's in front by a slight margin at this point.....Peace.

Kucinich? Is he still around? Didn’t he get beamed up by that UFO he saw the other night while out star gazing? Energize.   My match up on the quiz was Duncan Hunter…fits.   The main problem I see is it is looking like another lesser of two evils election coming up again. And the campaigning and media deciphering stuff is lasting WAY TOO LONG! It is interesting watching them sqirm when they are asked about why they changed their statement from when they were speaking to someone 4 or 5 months ago they forgot about.

Kucinik, who ranked near the bottom on my responses to the survey, is a noncombatant. Unfortunate as that may be.

Ron Paul, however, is still, if not in the thick of things, could still be a "contendah."

Hope springs eternal, eh?

Kucinich was actually at the bottom of my list and Ron Paul was at the top.  Cool!

A few weeks ago, I found this quiz online and took it out of simple curiosity (I'm not one to put much stock into these things anyway):

http://www.dehp.net/candida...

Seems that the one candidate that matched most of my own views is Mr. Kucinich.  That's when I started researching his platform in more detail.  And you know what?  I really do like what I'm reading about him.  Yeah, he probably won't get the final nomination, and it seems that even HE knows that, too.  But you gotta admire a man that's willing to stand up for what he believes in in this day and age.

And you're right.  He wife looks like a pretty awesome person herself.  She's definitely not bad on the eyes, either.  :-)

(And coincidentally, I just found a link to that same quiz on Kucinich's website.)

Peace.
