There's a neat story coming out of Hillsdale, Michagain. It's about an 18 high school senior named Michael Sessions who decided to run for mayor of his small town as a write in candidate.... the crazy thing is... he won.

Recently, I bought my 5 year old stepdaughter the latest Herbie movie “Herbie: Fully Loaded”. It features the iconic little Volkswagon Beetle, and it also stars the bubbly, cute, teen queen actress of the moment, Lindsey Lohan, who my stepdaughter absolutely thinks is ultra cool .The conversation in the car went something like this:

The missus and I went on a family outing this weekend. After a 3 hour drive, we decided to stop and pick up something to eat. Driving with a picky 5 year old, we stopped at one of the few fast food places we knew she would eat something at.
