At least, that&#039;s what the New York Times reports some physiologists say. According to the story, the best way to handle exercise in hot, humid conditions (uh, we don&#039;t know anything about that here, do we now?) is to keep on sweating. Your body will acclimate. 
The story also notes it&#039;s easier to cycle (YAY!) in the heat than run.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;But&amp;nbsp;really, did we need science to tell us that?
