Half of this battle is just informing the community. I strongly believe that when they read these articles, they stop and envision a great 4 year&nbsp;University that they can attend as well as there growing children. Some citizens might read these articles and think &quot; I wish this would have happened when my kids went to college.&quot; Well guess what, now there is a possiblity&nbsp;for all of Victoria's children, friends and family to &nbsp;help bring this wonderful oppurtunity to the great city of Victoria!
