I did a story about this time last year, and the folks I interviewed associated good luck with the number 13. This year, I'd like to talk to others about the day and the number. In numerology, according to Wikipedia, the number 12 is considered the number of completeness, as reflected in the 12 months of the year, 12 signs of the zodiac, 12 tribes of Israel and Jesus' 12 apostles. Thirteen is considered irregular. Thirteen people were seated at the table for the Last Supper and Jesus was crucified on a Friday. What are your thoughts? Nah, nothing about numbers bother me.....Friday the 13th to me just means it's Friday and I have a 50-50 chance of it being either my off Friday or the last day of the workweek. I may be a bit baseball superstitious, but most of the common or popular superstitions, as voiced by the wayward wind, are just bunk to me.......except maybe the ladder one applies, if one is a bit clumsy, as the odds of getting a paint bath or a passenger on your back goes up with that one. I am more concerned with real science.
