Have 12 hard boiled eggs, slice in half and scoop out yolk. Into yolk, add and mix: 3 heaping Tbsp. Hellman's Mayo, 1 Tbsp. honey mustard, 2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish w/o juice (use paper towel to pat juice out of relish) 1/4 tsp. flaked sea salt or amount to taste, 2 to 3 heaping Tbsp. Hormel Real Bacon Bits, and 1 pinch black pepper. I do not dust with paprika. More Mayo and/or honey mustard can be use for desired consistancy and taste. De-lish! This makes 12 generously stuffed eggs!

Aw, man, Rusty and others, yall got my mouth watering now! I love all those recipes. Something my mom used to do, that I do now (occasionally, just to shake it up a bit) is add a smidge of Thousand Island dressing to the mayo and mustard, etc. SO 1970s, but still yummy! I never thought of using chili powder instead of paprika, mrsreh, but I must try that next time....Sounds soooo good!

My six year old will wake up in the morning and say, "I want eggs." He will see that I am getting the frying pan out and say, "No no no - deviled eggs!" We just boil about 6 eggs, peel them, slice them in half, and scoop the yolks out. We put the yolks in a bowl with some mayo and a tiny bit of mustard. We add mayo and mustard to taste and I am never sure of the ratio. We squish yolks, mayo, and mustard up with a fork until it is creamy and we spoon the mixture back in the indention left by the egg yolk. My six year old doesn't want anything green in the mix or red sprinkled over the top.
