                <description>In larger pages an anchor is used to jump you to a specific spot within a page.. eg. book index at top of page with each link linking to a specific chapter further down in the webpage.

After creating an anchor spot where you want, then you create a link to it with just #anchor_name - when a user clicks that link it wont goto another webpage, it will goto that named anchor point within the page.</description>
