<itunes:summary><font color="#993300">I noticed a group of young voters that were talking about who they wanted to vote for. The word change kept coming up so I sat and watched and listened to what they had to say. I noticed most of the group was anti military and had really no pride or honor for America. They really had no idea how our country was built. That is scary because these kids are our future. That also tells me that our history teachers are doing a pretty lousy job and informing our kids of the past. Then they were joking and laughing and I heard one say &quot;Yeah its time for a change and began rubbing his skin&quot; OMG these kids are actually voting for color instead of who is best qualified to lead this country. They were actually proud Obama had never served in the armed forces and actually made fun of McCain for being tortured. They had no idea about the economy and how it works. They were anti military and anti war. Almost hippy type personality. The peace not war sorta attitude. I am all for peace but you still have to fight for freedom its not automatic. They just wanted to have a black man instead of a white man in office. They really could care less about the issues. One remark stood out from all the rest....&quot;Yeah White house...its about time some color got put in there&quot;.... With biased reporting on this election (for those of you who do not know what that means its one sided or shall I say Pro Obama media) and our nations youth so ignorant to what American stands for what kind of country will this be when it is all said and done. </font></itunes:summary>

<itunes:summary>10-16-2008 In times like these when the economy is a mess and money is scarce, you find yourself going out very few times if any with your spouse. My husband took me to Pelican&rsquo;s Warf, 2912 Houston Highway in Victoria Texas 77901. First let me tell you the place is dimly lit so you really can not see well in there. Then the hostess set us in the back dining room by ourself. The waiter took 10 minutes to show up at our table. My husband ordered the 14 oz ribeye for $22 and I ordered the lobster and ribeye for $36. Hey it was rare we seen each other so we wanted to go all out. The waiter took our order and told us to get our salad bar. So we went got our salad and ate it while we waited for our steaks. Finally after what seemed to be a hour the waiter showed up with our meal. It was plated ok, nothing real special. The waiter then said if we needed anything just ask and disappeared again. It was amazing how quick this man disappeared. I wanted that lobster for several days and so I was looking forward to eating it so I cut me off a slice and dipped it into the butter sauce, put it in my mouth and had to spit it out. You see a lobster is to be firm and flaky not soft and pasty. It was very over cooked. I began to eat my steak and it was 60% fat. So I told my husband I wanted to see the manager and he went and got one for me, After all our waiter had disappeared again. The manager MIKE showed up to our table 5 minutes later. When I told him about my concerns and he scoffed me telling me that ribeye steaks are fatty and that its a fact you get a bad lobster every now and then. I showed him the fat on the steak, I had a 14 oz steak and the fat was 8 oz of the steak and he said well that is a big hunk of fat but that is because it was not trimmed right. He then said what is it exactly do you want me to do about this. I looked at the man and flat out said I am not paying almost $40 for a plate of food that is this bad. He said ok then and turned to my husband and ask so sir how was your steak and he said mine was fine. Mike then took our plates and returned to the back of the resturant. Our forgotten waiter showed back up to our table and presented us with our bill. Total amount for 1 steak, 2 salads, and 2 drinks = $34.97. The manager charged for that small salad I got waiting for my meal. I do not recommend this resturant and any manager worth his grade would have said I am so sorry here let me get the tab and I hope you give us the chance to serve you again and would have been remorseful. This man was blunt and rude. So do not eat there it is not&nbsp; good.</itunes:summary>

<itunes:summary><font size="4"><strong>A man recently said that dead beat dads need a break. Ok here is a story that I want to share with you.....does this rate as a dead beat to you....a man walked out on his wife four weeks after he learned of her pregnancy, after being with her for seven years. Knowing full well the child is in fact his. He has a very important job and is very capable of providing for a family. He is not a young kid. In fact he is a grown man in his 30's. He likes to boast and be the life of the party. He entertains women all the time. He is not divorced yet. He has been ordered to pay spousal support and child support. He has recently been partying quite publicly and has been enjoying&nbsp; the finer things in life. While his wife has to work 7 days a week to raise their daughter. He has a beautiful little girl and probably can not pick her out of a line up. Has not paid child support on time and regularly until a recent court order...SER you know what I am talking about those kind of guys.....DEAD BEAT DADS!!!! Do they need a break or does the system need to break them. I myself think they should not be allowed to reproduce......</strong></font></itunes:summary>

<itunes:summary>Yesterday I spent with my kids. Both who are in their early 20's. They could not grasp the concept that the rising cost of living is directly affected by the cost of gasoline. I want to see who all believes my theory. Historically our country was founded by the agriculture industry. Basically the farmers. O.K. Now the farmers have to plant the crops. They need to use gas and diesel operated equipment to accomplish this process from start to finish. Then they have to ship the product to the market by gasoline or diesel operated equipment. The market has to mill the products or process it. Most of the machinery is either gasoline/diesel or electricity to run. This can go on and on and on but do you see what I am saying. With the price of gas so high it effects everything. Its a domino effect. So we are not just feeling the pinch at the pumps but its every where. Until it gets under control we are all going to have hard times. Our economy can not keep up with this rising cost and eventually the bottom will drop out. If it has not already dropped out..............What do you think?</itunes:summary>
