There I was, reading the Victoria Advocate, lo and behold I noticed where five members of the vicad staff made their picks for 17 bi-district matchups this weekend. How do 4 out 5 vicad staff substantiate their picking of Hitchcock over Edna in their bi-district matchup on Friday night in Friendswood? Were they just guessing at random or did they have stats to base their picks?
