I take care of my father on his property in Victoria in Winding Way... I have been very concerned for his safety as well as my own with two neighbors that seem to have a Drug and Alcohol problem. It would be one thing if they stay on their own property but they don't. They roam all night(To see what they can steal) or they go creeping through my neighbors property. we have call the police, but you got to catch them in the act.. But mean while that means someone will get hurt. I also know they have shot a rifle off on my neighbors property and it's also next to my Father.. My father is 92 and i am worried that he may roam one night and get hurt or something worse.. what can we do?
