It amazes me that Golfweek vice president and editor Dave Seanor finds it hard to believe that the cover of the magazines most recent edition is being met with negative reaction.
The cover of Golfweek shows a photo of a noose that illustrates a story concerning the suspension of Golf Channel anchor Kelly Tilghman for her use of the work 'lynch' when making a reference to Tiger Woods.
Tilghmann was suspended for two weeks by The Golf Channel over the comment which was actually considered a non issue by Woods, who is friends with Tilghmann.
To me depicting a noose on your front cover to reference the story is just as bad if not worse than having made the comment on air.
