The Hollywood Reporter reports that "Dexter" co-star Julie Benz will headline "Saw V," the fifth installment in the "Saw" horror franchise at Lionsgate and Twisted Pictures. Tobin Bell, who portrayed Jigsaw in the previous films, will also appear in the film as well.
David Hackl - who served as the production designer on the second, third and fourth "Saw" films - will helm the fifth film. Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan penned the screenplay.
Shooting is underway in Toronto for an Oct. 24 release.

I wonder if we can petition to end Halloween. Because if we did that, there would be no saw. I mean, when are they going to stop...Saw X? Saw XXIV? Saw.....whatever the Roman numeral for '85'?
