I read all the articles and comments about the school board race. One suggested that we research the candidates. Mention of conflict of interest also came into play. I find the following rules being violated by the wife of one of thecandidates, Dr. Jaynes. I find it hard to believe that he doesnt give a blind eye to this and will continue to do so. In my opnion, he cannot be a mamner of the Board without violating the neoptism ruling stated in the board policy

Recognize and respect the rights of students, parents, other employees, and members of the community. Does this include violating a students constitutional rights? (freedom of speech and press)
