I have been thinking on the subject of why criminals don't fear going to prison anymore like in the old days? When a criminal is sentenced to jail time they usually smile and don't care at all. The prison system today is down right corrupt, they get 3 lavish meals a day, t.v. time, recreational time outside, and all the necessities that are usually provided by a hotels concierge service if you forget something. If one who committed a hanice crime got to spend 5-10 years in this lap of luxury then sign me up too. I cam upon an article of a Sherriff in Phoenix, Arizona who is dubbed the "Toughest Sherriff in America" and I was astonshied with the way he runs his jail, its like stepping back into the 50's where people don't want to go to jail and when they do they hate every minute of it. The Sherriff enacted a "get-tough-on-crime" policy and it seems to be working. He has required chain gangs and the only "woman" chain gang ever, he saves his...
