This is really more about bubbas and bubbettes and our day to day business than pesky Wayne, but it makes a good title, don't you think? For those of you not tuning in to Houston television , Wayne is an investigative reporter for Channel 13 in Houston. A bit of a grandstander and showboater, to be sure.......but much more in your face than was Marvin Zindler. I think there is a place for that kind of reporting, but I think these guys just get a bit carried away with themselves on occasion. Though it made for a good Broadway production, I'm guessing there are a lot of old boys who will tell you Marvin should have just left Miss Mona and her girls up there in La Grange alone. I never visited the place, so I'll leave it at that. I am sure there will be those who will pounce on me for even suggesting that was a mistake.......
