Heroes, zeroes, perverts and who knows. I read or heard somewhere that the DA can get an indictment against a ham sandwich. That may be so, but at some point the facts have to be sorted out. I think if there is a weak link in the chain, it may well be the DA-grand jury relationship, as that does seem to bear the greatest potential for a railroading or an injust no-billing. Once it hits the trial phase, there are a lot more elements........good/inept lawyers, etc., appeals and stays and such, that ultimately all lend themselves to a somewhat fair and allegedly impartial verdict. One thing about it all, is that it doesn't in this YouTube, digital day and age, pass muster without some serious scrutiny, and debate anymore, does it? BUbba JOe Horn, shot two illegals in the back in his front yard, for breaking into and robbing his neighbor's house......and for all the hoopla, was nobilled, and will be interviewed by Diane Sawyer tomorrow on Good Morning America.....city happenings,...
