I would like to take this time to say Thank You to some good hearted people whom took the time out to donate some awesome things to the Hurricane Ike evacuees that are staying here in Victoria. As soon as I posted my last blog my phone has been ringing off the hook.
The only two things I am lacking are women's size 19 pants and children's toys for all ages.If any of you come across any of these items and want to donate them please feel free to give me a call at 361-655-1400.
A Special Thanks to:
Big Swell and his 2 year old niece for the many cases of water,clothing and the many children's snacks.
Lance,Jade and Mr/Mrs.Hayes for all of the many womens and mens clothing,brand new base ball caps,and the many many shoes.
Mary Trevino for the school supplies and the brand new back packs for these children whom were in desperate need of them.
Kaylee Gillig a third grader at Shield's for donating children's toys and Little girls clothing.
