Lets see if I have this right...
PR Bond for a guy that has allegedly molested/assaulted a child. My guess is if he is already getting this treatment, then if he pleads out, he'll be hit with some fairly rough probation. Even if it goes to trial and he's found guilty, my bet is they somehow find a way to put him in some easy going place for a year or so and then a few years probation.
Sometimes justice doesn't really do what it is supposed to.
Where is Jack McCoy(Law & Order)when you need him???
