Well, I can only speak from what my family and I have experienced. The whole incident with Mr Kelley dragging his feet in proceeding with the Order of Protection happened in late 2006. there was an assault in January of 07 and I'm hoping that Mr. Tyler will not arbitraily pass on the case. However, my wife and I have been told to "move past it" and "get on with our lives". We have our kid in therapy, spending a major amount of money on it too, and this preditor is walking the streets and there isn't any legal avenue to get him behind bars... I hope Mr. Tyler will accept the case, but from the rumor and conjecture, nothing is encouraging.... I'm out
