My question to Ms. Capers is, WHO comprises the committee AND are they more knowledgable than a physician when it comes to inderstanding a medical or pyschiatric need? Is there a different committee for different medical senerios?
Where there persons with expertese in this child's particular psychological condition, Astraphobia?
Unless one has expereienced a phobia, you would not know how dibilitating it can be. And remember, this is a little child we are talking about. The fear is REAL.
I doubt that there is a school based committee that has either a Psychiatrist nor a MD on it. Please clue me in.
