today's events: homebound teacher arrives for my son's session. She arrived 15 minutes early and seemed to be in an overly friendly mood. Just a few short minutes into the session, my doorbell rings and there stands Gayla Capers stating that she is here to observe homebound teacher. I was flabbergasted and unsure of what to do, but was not given a choice in the matter. Ms Capers sits and immediately begins writing. My son, who doesn't know Ms Capers, was nervous and extremely uncomfortable. I am not a stupid person. Ms Capers was here to observe my son! The entire time she was here, she took notes on every thing my son was doing! I was appalled and absolutely furious with this. After the session, in front of my son, Ms Capers stated that she hoped Thomas would get the help he needs tomorrow. My son has been upset as it is with the school's failure to do the right thing, and for her to discuss him, in his presence as if he were unimportant is plain wrong. I feel that no matter...
