The jury pool is already tainted and the indictment's not even a week old! In a different thread on the same topic, I stated that I would not want to be in Mr. Tyler's shoes Will the victim get a fair trial? So to speak, NOT!!!He will carry this around the rest of his life!!!Again, I am not saying Ratcliff is guilty, just that the victim should be considered more by you people, he will have to face this in court also, and if he is lying, then he will have to live with that also. But, if he is telling the truth, he is already living a Hell at the hands of a perp.
