Coming from out of state, I have just come to associate this as driving the Texas Way.
I have never seen so many instances of people running stop signs, (which led to my accident last Dec. a block from the Advocate. A woman ran a stop sign and plowed into me), running red lights, driving when there is only a green turn signal, not using turn signals until the last minute if ever, following insanely close to your rear bumper, I mean correct me if I am wrong but it seems like people are doing their best to get into an accident. I don't know if they just have really good policies or what.
