Hi Dave,
Sounds Interesting but do you have to report your rainfall @ 7AM thats pretty early alot of us late night people wont be up that early do you happen to know more about the reporting rules the NWS may get more volunteers if they move up the reporting time to whenever once a day instead of 7am dont you think?
