HOWDY !!!
First of all I would like to say kudos to the young men and women who are able to be academically admitted to either Texas A & M University or TU ( AKA University of Texas.) By far, they will be the leaders of our future.
Texas A & M was the first University in the state of Texas, that being said, they also turn out more of our fine military service men and women than any University in the nation, other than West Point , which is another University equally as hard to get into.
Aggies are a proud group with many long standing traditions dating back for generations. Some of the many traditions at Aggieland is the annual Bonfire, Ring Dance, the 12th Man, Corps of Cadets, Muster, Silver Taps, Midnight Yell , oh yes, Ring Dunking........and so many more.
