gender specific coaching is needed. How can a male coach check on his girls before games? How is he gonna relate to thier development stages and needs?? He has to go into that locker room, huh. Uniform changes that are needed or just get relaxed during travel he will be in that envirnoment.
Then if a female coach is coaching a boys team how is the coach gonna check on the boys in the locker room. She has to go in, huh. She has to listen to thier male stories, jokes and problems. She too will be in an envirnoment just like the male coach on above paragraph.
some teams have this situation. its just the coach and the players. no team mom or dad who can go check on the team.
The coach is responsible for his/her consequences.
