That is great that his family is standing behind and supporting him! I cannot believe how close-minded these posts are. Once again we are back to missing the part of "innocent until proven guilty". My gosh, a story breaks and it's like a lynch mob. I am sick of hearing how adults are suppose to have 'control', etc, yada, yada, yada. They are human ... just as the "victims/former students". If these former students had relationships back then (under the age of 17) with another under the age of 17, is that OK? If they are old enough to make that decision, then they are old enough to make the decision to have a relationship with someone over the age of 17. The law looks at it differently, maybe it should be changed. Like I said in an earlier post, there are (and have been)way too many teenage girls that are looking for the relationship ... something is missing in their home life ... like love ... and they are looking for attention. Parents don't seem to...
