Well I see the teeny bobbers and the mom's are still at it on the other thing. I guess that's why when I ask my two sons who are in their 20's about the marriage thing they tell me, "Dad you don't understand what we have to choose from nowadays". You gotta laugh. And my wife understands, the evil conservative she is. : 0 ; )
And the taser thing, I am not sure. Having had a few heart things I can understand people and the taser scare. You never know. Like you said to make sure it is in the back or back side. Since there was no violence maybe the pepper spray could have got the job done okay without the shock effect first. With that good spray you can't see to drive, can't hardly breathe good, it's bad.
But like you said, if you just do what the officer said to begin with nothing would have happened. He ain't going to change his mind when he starts writting the ticket.
