I thought I heard about it somewhere, and a quick google search pulled up a site discussing sixty (60) pepper spray or oleoresin capsicum (OC) related deaths. Appparently with some people with heart conditions or heath problems with reduced lung capacities possibly run a serious risk of death after being sprayed - that is, the pepper spray itself is not dangerous but the stress on some people sprayed with it can be harmful. Sooo, I agree with you....just sign the damned ticket and don't argue with the police officer.
