The act of termination of a pregnancy in these United States by artificial means is unlawful. Any unwanted child will be supported until the child is 18 years of age guaranteed by the full good faith and credit of the United States Government up to one half of all her assets bar none. And any citizen who is not a felon or has no crimes of abuse against children without regard to race, or gender , or religion , or marital status shall receive a stiphene to provide for any unwanted child's basic needs equally who was rescued from abortion by this amendment to the Constitution.
