simpl4u2si do you have any type of law enforcement experience. I don't think so because if you did you wouldn't be saying "what's one more legal piece of paper?" about this. The amount of paperwork required for one arrest while varying by agency is still tremendous (I have had arrest reports that took 8-10 hours for one arrest because of the crime committed) and in that paperwork there is already a paper that does pretty much the same thing as what he's already asking for. It is going to be in the form of a P.C affadavit (Probable Cause Affadavit that is sworn to before a warrant for arrest or search warrant is issued by a magistrate.) The other possibility is an on-sight affadavit that is filled out when offense is committed in presence of or if officer makes immediate arrest. This form must also be sworn to. What Tyler is asking local law enforcement to do is redundant in that it's already being done as part of the regular course of business for these agencies. If...
