Are you saying that City Attorney Smith and Victoria Police Chief Ure are NOT obeying the law by not signing the “Tyler-Invented affidavit”? Identify the Texas Civil Statute you are referring to. They are not disobeying any law because there isn’t one.
And, Which local media has reported “errors” being made by local Law Enforcement? What were the errors that have been reported? Where were they reported and Who, exactly was reported? Not signing a Tyler-Invented affidavit is not an error.
The focus is in the right direction. It is on Tyler. Obey, the law, you say?
