You are correct……

He CAN REQUEST, but he CAN”T DEMAND the additional paperwork. There is NO law on the books that says the VPD or the S.O. HAVE to comply.
One more point, Tyler is NOT “requesting” state agencies (TACB and DPS) to sign his affidavit. He can’t legitimately demand that some agencies do it and not require it of others.
The walls are closing in on Mr. Tyler because of his poor decisions. Hide and watch.....
