That's a mistake that can and should be corrected. The 14th ammendment was included in the Constitution to insure that the children of people who immigrated to the US would automatically be citizens of the new republic. As with many of our laws passed many years ago, it has become not only outdated but a source of flagrant abuse. We've repealed many laws and ammendments that have outlived their usefulness. This should be the next one. It's not a constitutional matter that has been gotten out of the way..... but it should be!
"Second point, if we pay an illegal worker subpar wages why should we insist that they spend that money in this country?"
