I'm just trying to guess why this was worthy of being put on the cover to begin with. Seriously. It was dying down, people were beginning to forget about it and move on and your response is this? Seriously? Veiled joke, outright stupidity, whatever--it was just something that shouldn't have been done. And most certainly, it should not have gotten past an editor with any ounce of common sense. Just boggles my mind what people do sometimes. Even my 11-year-old knows how to think before she says and does something that might upset someone else. What's Golfweek's excuse?
