I have refrained from ever commenting on this hot topic for a while now, so here goes. I voted for Tyler, but whether or not I voted for him is not at issue. What is at issue is how he chooses to conduct "official business" on tax payers dollar. I feel that citizens have every right to question, scrutinize or even complement & praise an elected or appointed public official.
I have soooo many questions for Mr Tyler, as a tax paying registered voter here in Victoria.........
What was his staff doing from 10/07 till 1/08, besides PR ??
Was he & his staff collecting paychecks for NOT prosecuting cases???
Since there is now a back log of cases due to Mr. Tyler , will he and his staff get overtime pay to get these cases prosecuted??
Why has every judge here recused themselves but Tyler has not from the Ratcliff case??? Tyler was the man's boss for crying out loud.
Why is he so adamant about not releasing his offices "hand written"...
