And Hitler had ties with the Vatican too! In fact, he considered himself a "good catholic". And he did have a lot of people killed. Stalin was just plain power hungry and crazy. It did not have anything to do with him being an atheist. Your title makes it like atheist and communist are one in the same. I'm a little more worred about Evangelical Extremist in this country myself!
