A 15 year old in a bikini at the beach or swimming pool isn't necessarily sexualized....unless you're a genuine perv. It's just a teenager having a good time. Measuring square inches of skin is beside the point-- it ain't what's showing, its how you show it, as any woman can tell you.
Don't try to tell me that picture isn't very suggestive. The satin sheet, the mussed up hair, the lighting, no top....don't try to say that isn't a very suggestive image, far more so than a snapshot of her at the beach would be. It's all about context and we all know what that context is. Put it another way....if that was, say, Scarlett Johanssen wrapped topless in a bedsheet with untamed hair, we'd all know what we were supposed to be thinking about. And none of us men would feel the slightest bit of compunction about it. But it's a fifteen year old girl, so the image is really disconcerting.
