Perhaps this race thing will blow over and we can have a presidential race on the views and issues of John McCain and Barrack Obama.
I wish. I have a feeling the GOP plans to use race themselves as soon as Obama is nominated. The media will most certainly oblige. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be much interest in concrete issues these days, just the made for tabloid sound bites. Remember, it's all about the under educated "hard working" folk.
